RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Cristina Re does not process or accept refunds for change of mind. We will only process and accept refunds if your order is visibly damaged in transit, scratched, cracked or faulty. Photographs of any such issues will be required to process the refund.
- Cristina Re will process and accept exchanges for change of mind, however the customer must cover the freight to have it sent back to our Facility. We do not cover any return postage costs.
- For change of mind exchanges, a separate order will need to be placed online for the items you wish to purchase instead.
We will only process exchanges for items purchased directly from www.cristinare.com and if returned within 30 days of purchase. If you’re your goods were purchased from an authorised Cristina Re stockist, they must be returned to the place of purchase.
A refund or exchange for faulty/damaged items will only be processed once we have received and inspected the return/s.
In order to process an exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, contact phone and order number.
Please be aware that Cristina Re will not accept any returns that have been visibly used, damaged, or have had the packaging damaged, so please ensure you take care when opening and handling your pieces. Should we receive returned pieces in this condition, you will need to cover the cost to have the items sent back to you as they will not be accepted.
Cristina Re also advises that when returning your pieces, we encourage customers to use a traceable method. We cannot be held liable should an exchange or return to our Head Office go missing in transit to us, and thus your exchange will be unable to be completed.
* Please note that any pieces purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange
