How are your products made?


Our teaware and glassware are individually handmade, not machine-made, giving each piece its unique charm and artisan beauty. We proudly call them “fatto a mano,” meaning “made by hand,” so no two pieces are exactly alike.
Many of our most luxurious pieces are hand-painted with several layers of real 24-carat gold. Unlike many other products on the market that use fake gold electroplating, our gold detailing is made to last, provided the pieces are treated with care.


How are your products packaged?


All of our products are elegantly packaged in our signature keepsake gift boxes, ensuring they arrive well-protected and ready for gifting, with no need for additional wrapping.


TEAWARE


What materials are used in your teaware?


Our designer teaware and coordinating High Tea accessories are made from vegan-friendly New bone china. Each piece is hand-painted with 24-carat gold. Unlike traditional bone china, our material contains calcium oxide instead of animal bone ash, making it a great vegan option. Our New Bone China is also finer, whiter, and more durable than standard bone china.


GLASSWARE


How is your glassware made?


Our glassware is mouth-blown, using traditional Venetian glassmaking techniques. Some of our most exquisite pieces are also hand-trimmed with real 24-carat gold, enhancing their luxurious appeal.


CUTLERY


What materials are used in your cutlery?


All our cutlery is crafted from the finest quality stainless steel, designed for durability and long-lasting use.


PRODUCT CARE


How should I take care of my pieces?


To ensure the longevity of your pieces, we recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water. Avoid using abrasive materials to maintain the shine of the gold trimming; instead, gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. We also suggest storing your keepsake boxes out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Please note, none of our products are microwave-safe.

How can I place an order?


Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, select the items you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, click on the cart icon, and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.


Where do you ship?


We ship worldwide to most locations, using Australia Post delivery service from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.


What are your shipping options and costs?


We offer a standard shipping service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over USD$100, however this may change from time to time and with seasonal promotional offers. How long will my order take to arrive?

Do you charge sales tax?


Yes, sales tax is applied to orders based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local laws. The sales tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We also offer Afterpay for added convenience. Please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX). Please note that available payment options may vary depending on your location


Do you offer buy now, pay later options?


Yes, we offer Afterpay. Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments. To use Afterpay, simply select it as your payment method at checkout and follow the instructions."


What do I need to know about gift cards?


We offer e-Gift cards on our online site! Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. They can be used for purchases on our website and make for a wonderful, flexible gift option.


How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?


Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and tracking details. If you do not receive this email, but your payment was processed, please contact our customer support team. Don't forget to check your junk folder as well!


What is your return policy?


We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery upon proof of purchase as long as you pay the return shipping. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.


I have a problem with my order, what should I do?


If your order arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and arrange for a return or exchange within 5-7 working days once we have all of the necessary details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Please note, we can only coordinate returns or exchanges for purchases made on our official Cristina Re store at cristinare.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.


I’ve entered incorrect shipping details, what should I do?


If you realize you've entered incorrect shipping details after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately as we process orders quickly. We'll do our best to update the information before the order is processed and shipped. However, please note that if the order has already left our warehouse, we may not be able to provide a refund.


Can I use a promotional code?


Yes, absolutely, promotional codes can be applied at checkout. Be sure to enter the code exactly as provided, paying attention to case sensitivity. Please note you can only use one discount code at a time and cannot combine two promotional offers at once.
