Handmade with Care:

Each of our artisan teaware and glassware items is handcrafted, meaning you may notice slight variations—this adds to their uniqueness and charm! Given the delicate nature of these items, they do need to be handled with care.

If your item arrives damaged, scratched, cracked, or faulty, and hasn’t been used, we’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement.

 

How to Return or Exchange:

If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what to do:

 

Returning Your Product:

Once your return or exchange is approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the parcel isn’t lost in transit.

 

Refunds and Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, and sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they’re faulty.
