Delivery
We’re delighted to ship your order anywhere in USA*! Please note that delivery times might be affected by weather conditions, or industry delays. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide all your relevant details including your address, email address and a phone number. Sorry we cannot accept P.O Boxes!Please keep in mind that delivery times are just estimates based on the Postal network and may vary depending on whether you’re in a regional or metropolitan area.

Tracking Your Order
Once we process your order and verify payment, your items will be on their way from our warehouse within 2 to 3 working days. You’ll receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email or tracking number, don’t worry! Just reach out to us at customercare@cristinare.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Sometimes there might be a slight delay in tracking updates due to our third-party carrier, especially during busy periods, but rest assured, your order is on its way!

Missed Deliveries or Re-Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your delivery and there are no specific instructions left, our carrier might leave you a card or contact you via email or phone to let you know your parcel is at the local depot. Please reach out to them directly to arrange a convenient time for collection or reschedule your delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Details
To avoid any delivery hiccups, please double-check your address details at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, your order will be sent back to us, and we’ll need to charge a small additional shipping fee to resend it. Make sure to include all details, like your unit or apartment number, and don’t forget to add a phone number and email address to keep things moving smoothly!
